Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

jilasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for cause, jilasia reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting jilasia customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
jilasia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilasia will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jilasia, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilasia customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilasia from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
